Oscar Winners – Pictures

As the Oscars is only 2 days away. I thought one way to celebrate is to post some pictures of previous winners with the Gold statue in hand.

  

Martin Scorsese eventually won as Oscar for “The Departed”. Presented to him by Francis Ford Coppola, George Lucas and Steven Spielberg.

 

 

 

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, won for the Best Original Screenplay for “Good Will Hunting”

The first two films, were nominatied but failed to win. But Return of the King brought home the gold for Lord of the Rings, especially for Peter Jackson.

America’s Sweetheart Julia Roberts, eventually won an oscar for her role in “Erin Brockovich”.

Show him the money !!! Cuba Gooding Jr. won best supporting actor for his role in “Jerry Maguire.”

Hilary Swank with her first Oscar for “Boys Don’t Cry”.

Best Actress for her role in “As Good As It Gets” starring alongside Jack Nicholson.

First movie, first oscar nomination, a win for Jennifer Hudson. Put in a show stopping performance in “Dreamgirls”.

 

Double winning for “Kramer Vs Kramer”.

“There Will Be Blood” won Daniel another Oscar.

Winner for her role in “Mary Poppins”, Julie Andrews with her Oscar and Audrey Hepburn.

Because I love Cary Grant just had to include another picture of him, he was accepting this award for someone else (I cannot actually remember who).

Last but not least. How could I have Oscar winners pictures without my most favorite actor . . . Jack Nicholson !!!
