100 Sexiest Actors – 5

Now into the top5 . . . in fifth place is a more recent favorite of mine . . . Craig . . . Daniel Craig

The current and newest James Bond takes the 5th spot, which was a very difficult decsion as he did take the top spot for a while. As since I saw Casino Royale on opening night in the cinema I have just been obsessed with Daniel. Yes I was one of those who totally melted when he came out of the water in those short trunks, call me shallow but damn that was so HOT. Also the shower scene when he sucked and licked Vesper’s fingers was also just sooooo HOT. So onto many more Bond outings would be a great idea.

Daniel has been hot property since becoming the new Bond, and voted sexiest man in polls and even more recently was voted to be made into an ice lolly. Now that is an ice lolly I would just love to have !!! It looked a lot like him too. So with suddenly becoming a massive fan of Daniel after Casino Royale and having to wait for his next roles. I went back and watched a lot of his older movies. The Mother is one performance which totally sticks out in my mind, as his character has an affair with an older woman, I really thought his performance was just fantastic.

His more recent roles have included the quite disappointing “Invasion” with Nicole Kidman. Which just lacked something, but Daniel still captivated me with his bright blue eyes on show. But two recent performances and movies that I thought were very good, have been “Flashbacks of a Fool” which I thought he was great as Joe Scott the fading Hollywood star who was looking back to a major series of events which totally changed his life.

The other movie which he put in an incredible performance recently was “Defiance” the accent, the intensity in which is plays the character and the determination he shows was just great acting. He really has shown that he can do a very different range over the years and he has the looks to go with it all (and the great body, cannot forget about that). He is another which I would call a manly man, with roles as James Bond and his role in Layer Cake both showing this so much.

Another thing is his bright blue eyes which are just totally incredible and do not get any better. I just love how for different movies they either really play on his blue eyes or he does not have them for that character. I also love how when he goes to movie premieres, award shows etc he seems to wear a blue tie which really does bring out his eyes !!!

So with recent news that he will be in a play on Broadway with Hugh Jackman from August, I really hope that I will be able to get a ticket and go to see it. I think that will really help clarify that he is truly a great actor and can become one of the best. I do think that if he keeps picking the correct roles he will end up with some Oscar nominations. So fingers crossed for that. But I am sure we will keep seeing him as a presenter at the Oscars until that moment happens.
