Diana (Demi Moore) and David Murphy (Woody Harrelson) are a married couple who have been together for a long time, they have money problems and find themselves in Las Vegas trying to win the money they need in order to keep their house. John Gage (Robert Redford) spots Diana and offers to buy her a dress, but she says she is not for sale. Then he makes them a very strange and unreal offer of $1 million for her to have sex with him. Diana and David decide to go ahead with it as they really need the money. But will it really be the end of it once they leave and go back home? At first yes that is all fine, but after a while when David starts asking questions and wants to know exactly what happened it is bound to go wrong. Diana going and trying to have a relationship with John, was that really the best idea in the world. I mean after the way they met and started out was it really going to work out? The answer to that was always going to be no, it could never work out. Although I did actually like the way he started going on about a million dollar club in order to stop it form hurting him more than it actually did, that kind of changed my mind about John and that he did actually want to be with Diana. But we have a decision to make at the ending whether or not Diana and David really gave it another go after sitting in the place he had proposed 7 years earlier.
Quickly after the release of the poster comes the trailer for Clint Eastwood’s “Invictus” and this really does have Oscars 2010 written all over it. It really does look and will be that good. The biggest questions will be, if Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon will go up against each other to get nominated and go forward to win in the Best Actor cateogory or not.

I have just finished watching a double bill of FlashForward as last week, episode 3 got deleted off Sky+ so had to record it again on Friday. So then decided just to wait until this morning when episode 4 had been recorded as well. Plus side of watching it after its been recorded? Fast forwarding the adverts. It was actually quite difficult to watch 2 episodes in a row, as so much information to take in from each episode.

Ada Harris (Angela Lansbury), a London charwoman in the 1950’s, sees a Dior dress and decides that she’s going to own one. First, she scrimps and saves her money, but when she has enough, and takes a trip to Paris, she learns that buying an original couture creation is a little harder than simply plunking down cash. Along the way to her goal, she manages to befriend a count, unite young lovers, and dodge customs.

A new poster has been released for the up and coming release of Sherlock Holmes, this time featuring all of the characters.

I totally love this song, and love Michael Buble as well. I just think he really has a fantastic voice and is such an attractive man. I really do think this has to be my song of the moment.

I have to admit that I was so sick of seeing the trailer for this movie, that I just thought I had to go and see it to see if it was actually any good at all. I did not really enjoy it, while it had amusing moments I just did not like the format it was in. Especially after the last animated movie I saw was “Up” this was quite an extreme to go and see really. Now with all the of the technology available this just felt old before its time and like watching something from 20+ years ago.
A poster has been released for the new film about Nelson Mandela from Clint Eastwood. Starring Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon.

As I blogged about the poster being released for this movie the other day I thought I would go on a search for the trailer and I am now looking forward to this movie even more. I just love Meryl Streep !!! and I have a little thing for loving Steve Martin.
