Absolutely brilliant moment in (500) Days of Summer. When he eventually gets to that place with Summer and is literally jumping down the street the next day, hopefully everyone will get to have this feeling at some point!

One of my favourite parts of that movie. It’s so difficult to pick as I love it so much. However this is fantastic, especially him seeing himself as Han Solo in the mirror.

If you have the dvd for this, look at the special features. It contains the inverse of this routine where Tom walks out into “The Worst Morning Ever”:
The crowd boos him, his reflection looks like a Francis Bacon Painting, and the animated bird takes an animated poop on his shoulder.

I haven’t got the DVD but that does sound very good to watch with how much the film shows Tom having the opposite emotions depending on whats happening in the relationship.

No matter what you feel about the actual movie is irrelevant because that moment is perfect. I gotta get the DVD of this now to see that feature Ryan mentioned
