The dialogue is really cutting, especially that line about why he isn't curious. A good film but not one I ever need to see again. The millennial equivalents of Martha & George from Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf. The b&w visuals give it a classic & more detached feel #psfr

I can't think of a film Ive seen recently that has me this conflicted by the outcome. When its good its great and the performances elevate cutting dialogue but when it oversells it makes for some groan inducing speechifying thats hard to move past. #FridayFakeCinemaClub

#FridayFakeCinemaClub This was the best one so far. Both Zendaya and John David Washington both deserve nominations, the filmmaking is flashy enough to be impressivbe but not enough to get in the way of the actors and the writing, really great film. This is a strong A-
