That’s right it has been 15 years to the date since I made my first post on my WordPress Blog which was then just FilmReviews7 with the title “Films, Films and yes more Films” It then took me until the 7th June 2009 to decide on the name change to Let’s Go To The Movies and that is what it has been ever since and I am still really pleased that was the name I decided on.

Sad news today that Rocky acting legend Carl Weathers has passed away, most well known for his role as Apollo Creed in the Rocky franchise as well as appearing in many other films. He passed away at the age of 76, rest in peace ❤️
Celie has the worst possible life with an abusive father, then allowing a man she only knows as Mister to take her as a wife who is cruel and continues the abuse. A Jazz Singer named Shug Avery will eventually help her realise she is worth more than anyone has ever told her.
