When widow Kathy Barrett is given a special scarf it has magical powers which brings Jack the Snowman to life. Can his innocence help her before he melts?

Jack coming to life after being a snowman and attempting to quickly adapt to the real world, although feeling too hot when not outside or around ice. Being chased by the sheriff of the small town after someone was seen naked and stealing clothes. Yes, that creates some very bizarre scenes as well.
It was hard to even care at all about Kathy due to the fact that it was just so ridiculous overall and some of the lines were very bad. I mean I know I keep doing this and watching these cheesy christmas rom-com films and let’s face it none are groundbreaking for films but sometimes they do have a nice little story going on and some heart. This one though just ended up being too creepy to be cheesy.
As much as the title ‘Hot Frosty’ is utterly ridiculous that did pull me in a little bit as it is also amusing at the same time. But I will class this as a very bad one, and even giving it one star is very generous. There’s some entertaining Cheesy Christmas films around and this is not one of them.
