7 Incredible Daniel Craig Photos!

So with the release of Spectre, while not the greatest film ever like some people will have you believe. It has reminded me of my love for Daniel Craig and how much I fangirl over him. Yes really. This all started with Casino Royale in all honesty and I don’t have many of his filmography left to watch. So I decided to have a fangirl moment and pick seven of my favourite photos of Daniel Craig . . .

7 Incredible Matt Damon Performances

After watching Matt Damon on his own for most of the film in The Martian, it made me think about the incredible performances he has put in over the years. I have therefore decided to not choose that performance as one of my seven choices. Just wanted to remind readers that I have not seen every film he has been in, but will do my best to justify my choices! He has worked some fantastic actors over the years and worked very well with so many of them to bring out amazing performances. He is an actor who is not afraid to lose or put on a lot of weight for the sake of a role and to help with his character and the story in the film.

While We Bought a Zoo has not made my final seven I felt like I had to mention that film for Matt’s performance as he really did show a lot of emotion and a different side to his acting ability. In a film which I find to be very underrated.

So here it goes with my pics of seven of Matt Damon’s incredible performance, in a very strong career so far . . .

Blogathon: 7 Childhood Films – Animation

When putting together my 7 Childhood Films for the Childhood Films Blogathon I am hosting I realised that I had not actually put any animated films in! Now that is such a silly thing to do really considering animation is a big part of what you will watch as a child. So I decided to submit another post and have 7 animated films from my childhood in this blog post!

I was never massively into the Disney Princess thing so that will just clarify why not many of them are included in this list. I was going to cheat and include Space Jam with it being part animated but resisted that temptation!

7 Heartbreaking Moments in An Affair to Remember

After taking part in the History Blogathon and mentioning An Affair to Remember, it made me want to watch it again. In the process it also meant that I am inspired to write this post. The film really does break your heart so many times, it’s quite crazy! So I have picked seven times it manages to do just that. But it could actually be more than seven really.

WARNING: THIS POST CONTAINS SPOILERS

7 Films for Train Lovers

Well I am currently sat on a train on my return journey home from a couple of days in London. There’s something still so good about trains, and I always love films with a train in them. So decided to pick my 7 favourites!

7 Favourite Films by Year

As you may already be aware that I have a feature that runs every now and then on Let’s Go To The Movies which I have named 7 Things. Mainly due to the number 7 be in my blog address and something a little bit different or even in-between a top 5 or top 10 list.

A few days ago I came up with a new idea to list my 7 favourite films from each year (that I have seen so far). I thought this would be a different way to put some lists together as when you do top 10 lists from each year it is based on the best films. So I thought with favourite they may not be the best film, but I enjoyed it anyway. Hopefully that makes sense. I will start posting these lists in the next few days.

I have one rule that I think will keep the lists even more interesting . . . I am not going to include any film that is in a franchise. So no sequels or anything that is in a series of films will be on the list. This is mainly because I am finding 2015 rather on the dull side when it comes to sequels and no original ideas. So hopefully this will show that we have had some great films each year that haven’t needed another film and stand alone as one of a kind.

7 Books I Read Before Seeing the Film

Today is World Book Day so thought I would combine books to the big screen and list 7 books I read before watching the film. I used to read quite a bit when I had to commute to work on public transport, but when your travel to work is driving yourself in a car it makes it a lot harder to read. But I have managed to read a few books before the film was even thought about or before it was released.

I haven’t put this classic in the list but I did read it before the film as it was a book we read at school. So I guess somethings are very good at school, a classic book and a classic film all in English lessons!

7 Meryl Streep Performances that Deserved to Win an Oscar

Meryl Streep is the most nominated actress of all time, a massive 19 nominations to which she has won 3 times. She won for her roles in The Iron Lady and Sophie’s Choice as a leading actress and Kramer vs Kramer as a supporting actress.

This year she picked up a nomination for actress in a supporting role as the Witch in ‘Into the Woods’ in recent years Streep has quickly become one of my all time favourite actresses. It might seem like an obvious choice with her critical acclaim but I really do think she actually deserves every single piece of it. She is different in each of her film roles and brings something to each character she has played on-screen.

7 Fantastic Film Sex Scenes

Well with it being Valentine’s day and Fifty Shades of Grey weekend, I thought what better post for today? Picking 7 of my favourite sex scenes from films, some of my choices are probably very obvious others may not be! This is probably a strange list to put together, but I must mention that I mainly like the less is more option in films, I am sure some of my choices will prove that especially when you get to my all time favourite at the end!!!
