London Film Museum – Bond in Motion

On the trip to London over the weekend we decided to head across to the London Film Museum in Convent Garden to have a look at the Bond in Motion exhibition they have on at the moment (and for the rest of this year). It features many of the different cars, planes and other gadgets that are seen in all of the different Bond films. To see so many incredible cars in one place really is a brilliant experience, especially those smashed up Aston Martins!

Sony Pictures didn’t forget about me on Valentine’s Day!

Massive thank you to my friends over at Sony Pictures for the lovely big box of goodies which arrived on my doorstep yesterday morning. So at least I can say that I got something for the dreaded single’s awareness day also known as Valentine’s Day! As you can see from the photo above it certainly had plenty of good things and was linked in with Friends with Benefits!

Big Thanks to Sony Pictures!

When I got home from work yesterday a big box was waiting with my name on it, along with Let’s Go To The Movies. That got me curious straight away wondering what exactly I had been sent. I had no idea what was going to be in the box! But it certainly was exciting opening it, especially seeing how many things were in the box! A perfect goodie bag for a night in watching movies!

Sony Pictures were nice enough to send me all of the above goodies for the perfect movie night in! Including my very own popcorn maker, which I cannot wait to try! Along with being nice and warm in the Snugglewrap! Doritos are very much movie watching crisps along with some sweets and a mug to have a drink out of too. The only item I am not sure where and how it fits in is the squirrel, any guesses from anyone??

So thanks once again to Sony Pictures!

Harry Potter style 3D Glasses

When myself and my friend went to the cinema on Sunday to see Bridesmaids, we were very excited to see the Harry Potter style 3D glasses on sale. I had heard rumours that they were going to be available due to the final film being in 3D form. But that was the first I had actually seen them. So we decided to buy them despite the fact that we don’t really want to see the film in 3D or actually big fans of the 3D film! But we could not resist getting them! We then sat before the film started and took pictures in them, convinced that the other people in the cinema must have thought we were sat in the wrong screen with Bridesmaids not being in 3D . . . You even get a little bag to keep them in 🙂

Movie Memorabilia 1 – Up Cup

Well I decided to start a possible new feature on my blog of movie memorabilia I have lying around or get in the future. The first to feature on the blog is going to be a cup from “Up” yes I was very mature and thought Up Cup sounded funny so decided that when we went to see Up I would buy the cup.

While yes I went on about getting this cup for ages. I still have not actually used it. I guess it is just going to be more of an inside joke with myself and friends.
