This film carries very high expectations with its Best Picture Oscar win along with Best Actress in a Leading Role and Supporting Role along with four other wins and many more nominations. So it is a difficult film to watch without expecting too much from it!
A look into what it might be like to be a cop for the LAPD? Partly filmed in “real life” footage type with a video camera, which we get to see from Brian’s point of view.
The end was eventually here for Twilight and Breaking Dawn Part II was released last week with a very high number of viewers attending cinema screenings. Pretty much like the whole of the Twilight Saga, as you may know I was sucked in my the books and loved them up until half way into Breaking Dawn when I stopped reading.
Director/choreographer Bob Fosse directs a story based on his own life in this poignant film. I say that because it seems Fosse predicted his own death.
The grande finale, the epic conclusion of an incredible adventure and journey. What will happen to the one ring, and will Middle Earth survive the greatest battle of its time?

The second part of the incredible trilogy picks up with the different characters heading in different directions. We see three different stories unfolding in The Two Towers. This film is a lot darker than Fellowship of the Ring, as Middle Earth heads into a battle at Helms Deep.

I have to admit that I had never even heard of this film, until I saw it on Sky Movies Premiere a few days ago. So I decided to give it a watch last night. I mean it has Morgan Freeman in it so it had to be worth a watch! I thought that was true as well and found it to be a very nice Sunday night movie.
No one mourns the Wicked . . .
This is the second time I have seen Wicked. But the first time I have seen it in the West End. It had been over 3 years since I saw it on Broadway. Obviously I know all the words to the songs from listening to the soundtrack, but I had forgotten all about the little things. How funny the show is, how heartfelt and emotionally it is from start to finish. How some of the songs are staged as well, this is something you forget while just listening to the soundtrack. Although Defying Gravity you remember from start to finish, that doesn’t stop the tingling all over your body when it’s being sung. It really is the ultimate show stopping moment in a musical and an incredible way to end the first act and leave the audience sitting thinking wow and knowing what they have just seen is something very special.
Zooey and Alec are a married couple who are trying to foster due to problems conceiving a child of their own. It is looking rather impossible until one day Eli a 7-year-old boy turns up on their doorstep and changes their lives forever.
The time eventually arrived for Bond to return to the big screen, a third outing as 007 for Daniel Craig. The hype and build up around this film has been incredible, along with it being 50 years of James Bond everyone has been talking about this film.
