The penultimate season of this truly epic series really is another groundbreaking and action filled throughout its seven episodes which are slightly longer than the previous six seasons which had ten episodes.

As the Starks are attempting to get Winterfell back they must come up against the other noble families of Westeros for the Iron Throne.

This season actually has new content that was not in novel’s written by Martin’s as it was all starting to be made quicker than he was actually managing to write the books.

Season four certainly continues in the same fashion as the previous three and at times becomes even more epic in terms of some of the scenes. Not forgetting more epic deaths, remember no-one is ever safe in Westeros.

Season 3 mainly follows the battle at Kings Landing and centres around the war of the five Kings. All four Kings in Westeros believe they can claim the Iron Throne. Adding in Robb Stark seeking vengeance for his father’s death.

Winter is coming . . . In the fantasy world mainly Westeros with our focus being on Eddard “Ned” Stark and his family. As he must travel to King’s Landing to take up a new position for his friend and King Robert Baratheon.
ITV: Great Characters – Vera
Every single time I see this amazing little promo for Vera I totally love it! So much so I felt I needed to appreciate it in this blog post. Brenda Blethyn is truly outstanding as Vera with the series set in the North East and filmed on many locations. I love to watch it and try to spot moments which are in South Shields!
I feel her Geordie accent is always spot on and impressive, it’s great to see different locations in the North East shown throughout this tv series. Plus an older woman in the leading role is always a good thing too!
Sex Education (Season 1) Review
Set in a sixth form section of a secondary school, Otis is a socially awkward teenager and lives with his sex therapist mother. He therefore knows a lot about sex and relationships, teaming up with Maeve they set up their own sex clinic.
