Bleeding Love coming to Digital on 22nd July!

Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment is thrilled to announce that Bleeding Love, the compelling indie drama starring real-life father-daughter duo, Golden Globe Winner, Ewan McGregor, and Clara McGregor, will be available on all major digital platforms 22nd July.

Following its World Premiere at SXSW, the debut feature from Emma Westenberg was selected as the Opening Gala at the 20th Glasgow Film Festival, playing to sell out audiences. Bleeding Love went on to have a successful theatrical run earlier this year where Collider praised the film for its “mesmerising authenticity”. The road-trip drama now heads home for the digital release.

FIREBRAND 6 September UK and Ireland Cinema Release Date Announced

MetFilm Distribution has announced 6 September as the UK and Ireland cinema release date for Karim Aïnouz’s English-language feature debut, FIREBRAND. The cast is led by Alicia Vikander (EX MACHINA, THE DANISH GIRL) as Katherine Parr with Jude Law (SHERLOCK HOLMES, THE TALENTED MR RIPLEY) also starring as King Henry VIII. 

Based on Elizabeth Fremantle’s 2013 novel Queen’s Gambit, the film is a moving portrait of a unique character in history that has previously been untouched on the big screen.

One room to bind them all – how to stay in the real-life inspiration for Middle-Earth and Narnia

Both J.R.R. Tolkien, author of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and C.S. Lewis, writer of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, were Oxford University dons. A leading expert says visitors can stay in the colleges where they once lived and worked and see the real-life places that inspired Bree, Mordor and Narnia.

C.S. Lewis, author of the Chronicles of Narnia, was a tutor at Magdalen College, which many people (including Lewis) claim is the most beautiful college in Oxford.

Hobbit lovers and fans of the magical world of Narnia can now stay in some of the Oxford colleges where the famous authors of The Hobbit and The Chronicles of Narnia spent much of their lives. The city is also the home of many places that inspired some of the most famous scenes in literature.

Lily Smith, a travel expert from the specialist accommodation finder UniversityRooms.com, says: ‘J.R.R. Tolkien was a student at Exeter College, Oxford, and later became a professor at Pembroke and then Merton College in the city. C.S.
