The Bellas have left college and attempting to make it in the real world having a career but it just doesn’t feel the same for them not performing together after winning the World Championships. They manage to get one last gig together as they are placed on tour to entertain the troops.

This is my overview of 2017 at the Theatre which has been a very special year with plenty of trips to London and even a trip to New York and squeezing in some Broadway shows. All to go along with the trips to Newcastle’s Theatre Royal and the Sunderland Empire to catch the latest UK touring shows.
In 2016 I managed to see 31 shows. In 2017 I managed to see 36 shows! So just beating the 2016 total! You can see a list of all of these shows here. This also included trying to get plenty of deals and really using the day seats to help save money.
Shrek rescued Princess Fiona and they got married, now he must meet her parents as they travel to Far Far Away in order to meet the King and Queen. Although not everything is what it seems, oh and they have no idea that Shrek (and now Fiona) are ogres.

Today is the first memory of Carrie Fisher’s death and having seen her final performance in The Last Jedi twice at the cinema I thought it was very appropriate to honour her memory today. Not only for the Star Wars franchise but Carrie is also in one of my all time favourite ever films When Harry Met Sally, as a truly fantastic character.
Aside from her iconic film roles she was a truely fantastic role model, someone I certainly wish I could be more like. She really did not care at all what anyone thought of her and spoke her mind. Who wouldn’t want to live just like that?
I just wanted to take the time to wish all of the followers and supporters of Let’s Go To The Movies a very Merry Christmas!
I hope you all have a truly fantastic day spending time with all of the people who mean something to you and raising a glass to those who are no longer here.
