Film and Theatre Lover!
Well I am off to see A Christmas Carol in 3D today, so decided to post some pictures from the film. Expect to see my review at least by tonight!

3D seems to very much be the in thing at the movies at the moment. 2010 is scheduled to be jam-packed with plenty of 3D action, and still a few more to come over the rest couple of months in 2009.
Just had “The Final Destination” which was the first 3D movie I have seen at the cinema. The only reason I went to see it was because it was in 3D to be completely honest. I wonder how many more people took this approach?
In the UK we still have a film I am very much looking forward to opening next month “Up”. A new Pixar/Disney film, so it is very much on my really want to see list.
Also this Friday we have the release of the original “Toy Story” in 3D which is going to be just fantastic. As I already love it and it can only get better in 3D. Toy Story 2 is also due for release.
Then as a special Christmas treat we have Disney’s Christmas Carol, which I think just looks fantastic. Got to love Jim Carrey even if it is just his voice.
Also around Christmas time we have “Avatar” which does look very cool, as I saw the trailer for it in 3D while seeing The Final Destination. So for the rest of this year we do have a few 3D movies to really look forward too.
2010
So far for next year we have seven 3D films to look forward too. Beauty and the Beast in 3D, Alice in Wonderland (which I have to admit that I had no idea would be in 3d, but I am now more excited for this film), Shrek Forever After, How To Train Your Dragon, Hubble, Tron Legacy and Toy Story 3.
I think for 2010, I am most looking forward to Toy Story 3 and Alice in Wonderland.
What are everyone’s thoughts on 3D movies?
Just come across another poster for Jim Carrey’s up and coming Christmas release of “A Christmas Carol” with Big Ben in the background. I so cannot wait for this film, it looks sooooo good.

I think this is so cute 🙂
Jim Carrey brought Christmas to the French Riviera on Monday after transforming the Cannes Film Festival into a winter wonderland to promote his new movie A Christmas Carol.
The funnyman arrived at a yuletide-themed photo call in a horse-drawn carriage before frolicking in the fake powder at the sun-drenched Carlton Hotel beside the Mediterranean Sea.
Carrey, who plays Ebenezer Scrooge in the Disney film, even scooped clumps of the pretend flakes into snowballs, which he pelted at castmates Colin Firth and Robin Wright Penn.
Studio bosses have launched a seven-month promotional campaign for the 3D remake, which will even feature a train tour across the U.S. leading up to the film’s November release.
This is the new poster for the new Jim Carrey version of A Christmas Carol, which is coming out in November.
