#FridayFakeCinemaClub – Special Event – V For Vendetta

That’s right I am bringing back #FridayFakeCinemaClub for a very special edition event with Bonfire Night and therefore 5th November falling on a Friday and the legendary V for Vendetta being available on Netflix why not have a lovely watch-a-long event?

If you haven’t seen it before it is the perfect time for a first viewing, its a film that took me a few attempts to get into and once I did was so pleased as it really is a brilliant film.

Plot: In a futuristic, totalitarian Britain, a freedom fighter known simply as V, uses terrorist tactics to fight the oppressive society. Evey aids him in his mission to bring down the government.

The Crown (Season 1) Review

The Crown is a new drama from Netflix which is focused on Queen Elizabeth II. The first series takes a look at a young Elizabeth first getting married to Phillip and then becoming Queen after the death of her father. Having to balance her new role and her marriage is the key thing we are looking at in this series.
