This is a huge film for Marvel and we don’t have too long to wait (8th March in the UK) to see what Marvel will do with their first female lead film with Brie Larson as Captain Marvel.

Are you looking forward to this one?

Last week John Goodman was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, yes surprisingly he didn’t already have one. I thought this was amazing news to see after I had just caught up with The Big Lebowski over the weekend. As Jeff Bridges brings back The Dude to honour Goodman, incredible stuff! My love for Bridges is certainly still growing!

As the BFI London Film Festival starts tonight I thought it would be a good idea to put a post together to preview some of the films that will be making an appearance at the festival and the different Gala/UK Premiere’s happening over the next 11 days. It really is a fantastic event that takes over the many cinemas in Leicester Square with plenty of star acting power in attendance.

I always totally love these photos of the four winners in the acting categories mainly because they are always organised in exactly the same way and look great!
Brie Larson for Room

I was really hoping for an upset with this one as didn’t think Larson was anything special in Room massively overrated performance.
