Javed is attempting to find himself in Luton in 1987 while attempting to please his father and do best for his family, but wanting to chase his dream of being a writer. When he is introduced to the music of Bruce Springsteen everything will change as he finds his voice with the help of the Boss’ lyrics.

It will have been seven months since the 10th secret screening when we are given the 11th! Something that I hadn’t even thought about in all honesty, so always nice to have another screening like this, I enjoy going into the cinema and not knowing which film I am about to watch. I do always hope that everyone attending the screenings across the country will be willing to stay and watch which ever film we are given.

As usual I will try and put together some guesses on films that it could be, my track record isn’t great but I do love looking forward and seeing which films are due to be released around this time. The 10th Secret Screening turned out to be Oscar Best Picture winner Green Book!

We seem to have quite a few films coming that are related to music and this one features The Boss, Bruce Springsteen. That certainly makes me very interested, watching the trailer and the story looks like it could be very heartwarming to go along with it as well!
The Boss aka Bruce Springsteen took his performing to a different level during 2017 and 2018 as he performed on Broadway. This recording is the final performance of the shows run, completing 236 shows.

On June 21st 2012 I shall be in the Stadium of Light in Sunderland at a Bruce Springsteen concert! I thought the ideal way to tie that concert into a movie blog would be to pick 7 of The Boss’ songs for this special list!
I have to admit that I am very excited about seeing Springsteen in concert especially after finding out he’s going to be on the stage for a very impressive 3 and a half hours . . . I guess that’s exactly why he is The Boss!
The music video for “The Wrestler” both movie and song of the same name. Appeared on youtube the other day, a friend sent me the link to it and it only had a couple of hundred views. But today when I have just clicked on the link it has over 28,000 views at the moment. This was over the past couple of days.
