Here we go with my run down of everything I managed to catch at the Theatre in 2018, this includes plenty of UK Touring shows coming to Newcastle’s Theatre Royal and the Sunderland Empire. I squeezed in a few London trips and even another New York trip thanks to my marathon place!
In 2016 I managed to see 31 shows. In 2017 I managed to see 36 shows. My total for this year 2018 was 26 different shows. Not as many as the previous two years, but still a very impressive number. Check out which shows here!
Jerry Maguire is a very successful sports agent, but when his morals get the better of him his ephinay costs him his job. Having to venture out on his own as an independent agent he must battle for the only athlete that stays with him in American Footballer Rod Tidwell and also falling in love with Dorothy Boyd who sticks by him through it all.

On Saturday afternoon I went to see my all time favourite musical after it returned to the West End recently. Currently starring Oscar Winner Cuba Gooding Jr as Billy Flynn, I was then lucky enough to get a photo taken with him at the stage door! Such a lovely man. (Chicago review to follow)

The story of Cecil Gaines and how he went on from a child in a cotton farm seeing his father being shot dead to then learning how to serve. This sees him ending up in the biggest house of them all, the White House and serving eight presidents.
War and romance seem to work very well when it comes to a historical film, the story in Pearl Harbor follows two lifelong friends and a nurse who get trapped in a love triangle and get caught up in the infamous Sunday morning in 1941.
