Moving on from the top 10 best and worst list I also like putting together some films that have disappointed me during the past year. These are mainly the films that I was looking forward to or had a lot of hype around them and just well didn’t live up to it!

As we are approaching the last few months of 2017 I honestly don’t think the standard of films is improving too much in all honesty, I am sure you will see exactly why when looking at the seven films that I went to see during October.
The number of films I went to see was 7 and this then cost £2.55 per film as the Unlimited Card at Cineworld is £17.90 per month.

Two strangers Alex and Ben end up stranded on a mountain after a plane crash and must help each other to survive on the remote mountain in December, and must make huge decisions when they eventually accept that no one is coming to find them.

Everyone at the moment is apparently in love with Christian Grey again. You know that billionaire who thrives off abusing women with pain in “sex” punishments to make himself feel better.
In Fifty Shades Darker he even calls himself a sadist. He’s controlling, manipulative and suffocating. Telling you that you can’t do something and wanting you just for his own. The latter of that would or could be nice I guess but not in the way it is portrayed through his character. Does this therefore risk our ideas of love and relationships to change?
Give me Robert in Bridges of Madison County standing in the rain any day over Christian Grey and his “playroom” any day!

Two sisters trying to find love face a much harder task when they are left poor after the death of their father, due to inheritance rules and those being his second family. Everything must be left to his eldest son.
I mean who even cares anymore? This has happened already ❤ got to love Kate and Leo still having such an amazing friendship after all of this time! Both nominated tonight and hopefully winners!

The main problem for this category in my opinion is that two of the nominees (Mara and Vikander) weren’t actually in a supporting role and were actually leading roles. I am pretty sure a lot of people will agree on that especially if you have seen the performances.
Ahead of the BAFTA awards tonight I thought I would quickly put together my predictions of what I think will win and what I would like to win. I have kept it to the bigger awards and only missed one of the films that are nominated for Best Film and Best British Film!
