2025 Letterboxd Stats!

I still love these stats so much and while this is probably my lowest number of films watched in a year I have still enjoyed not only logging them on Letterboxd but also attempting to still review them all on Let’s Go To The Movies. Although from looking at a few of the stats I think I actually didn’t bother even trying to review a couple of them. I do often check throughout the year at times to see which actors or directors that are possibly at the top of the list, although I don’t think I really had any obsessive watches in 2025, maybe I will change that for 2026!

I did eventually get to see Nolan’s Batman triology back to back at the cinema in one day and that was pretty epic I guess! Try to keep my first time watches higher than rewatches although at this point, given that I have probably watched nearly 2500 films it will be hard to keep that going. Even more so when you have favourites that you just adore watching!

What are your stats for 2025?

Did you have a film that you watched over and over again, or do you have a favourite like me (When Harry Met Sally) that is always your most watched in a year? An actor or director you actually found out you were obsessed with more than others this year?

RIP Rob Reiner

Such sad news to wake up to this morning that director and actor Rob Reiner along with his wife Michele were both found dead in their home yesterday afternoon. Director of incredible films, A Few Good Men, When Harry Met Sally, Misery, Stand By Me, This is Spinal Tap, Sleepless in Seattle and some of my guilty pleasures including The American President, Rumor Has It and The Bucket List. As well as many acting roles.

Rest in peace ❤️

New Year’s Eve

Who better to talk about New Year’s Eve than Harry?

2021 Letterboxd Stats!

This was my second proper full year of logging everything I watch on Letterboxd and it really is so helpful and useful for keeping track of which films you watched and being able to put tags on means you can then easily scroll through that way as well. My challenge for this year was to “review” each film as well, which meant I just put in a couple of comments about the film.

Here we can take a look at my 2021 stats and I am sure no one will be surprised with my most watched films either!

2020 Letterboxd Stats!

I signed up for Letterboxd way back in 2015. Yes, really! Although I didn’t actually start using it properly until the end of 2019 and therefore 2020 was the first full year that I logged every single film that I watched. Albeit not as many Cinema films as I would have liked, which leads me on to saying during the lockdown/furlough stage I spent a lot of time logging in the diary all of the films I had seen at the Cinema dating back to 2003 (yes, I still have my Lord of the Rings: Return of the King ticket). This obviously took a few weeks as I also logged the films I have review on here as well. So as you imagine a lot of time was taken to do this. It gives some amazing all-time stats though.

Here we can take a look at my 2020 stats and I am sure no one will be surprised with my most watched films either!
