Jack Torrence has just accepted a job to work as a caretaker at an isolated hotel for the winter. At first everything seems to be going well for the family, but when Danny starts to see things from the past and what will happen in the future it all takes a different turn.

I am starting to work through my DVD Collection in order to review some of my favorite films and some films that I hvae on DVD but not yet actually watched. I am thinking about also having maybe a week of certain actor or actress and reviewing their films every day. I have over 200 DVDs so this will definitely be a long task, but it should also be very good as well. I have some very good films on DVD. Including a Stanley Kubrick collection of all his major films which I have not watched any of them yet.
