Continue reading “West Side Story (2021) Review”Legendary musical theatre writer Stephen Sondheim has passed away at the age of 91! He dared to be different and pushed musicals to a totally new level and in a different direction. I have been lucky enough to see Sweeney Todd, Follies, Company and Gypsy on stage! All utterly breathtaking and timeless, he was also part of West Side Story, A Little Night Music, Into the Woods and more.
His musicals will last forever and his legacy will never be matched. Rest in peace.

That also means I have already bought a ticket for October 2018. Yes, really.
