2021 Letterboxd Stats!

This was my second proper full year of logging everything I watch on Letterboxd and it really is so helpful and useful for keeping track of which films you watched and being able to put tags on means you can then easily scroll through that way as well. My challenge for this year was to “review” each film as well, which meant I just put in a couple of comments about the film.

Here we can take a look at my 2021 stats and I am sure no one will be surprised with my most watched films either!

Cleo (2011)

I have just been reading about Cleo which is apparently in pre-production with Steven Soderberg directing and Catherine Zeta Jones as the title role Cleo, and Ray Winstone is currently set to play Julias Caeser. It is down to be a drama and musical, which I think will be very interesting.

So far I am very excited about this as love all three of those mentioned above. So hopefully more news will come out soon especially about filming starting would be good, and even pictures from on-set would also be a big plus with it all. It sounds like it will be a very good role for Catherine to take on.

Top 10 – Julia Roberts Movies

I have been a fan of Jules aka Julia Roberts, since I can remember. I have just always loved her loads, and still to this day watch her movies over and over, while hoping that she will keep making more movies. Maybe even add more Oscar’s to the one she has as well. That would be fantastic!

To pick this top 10 I based it on how enjoyable the movie is and how much I love Jules character and the acting. So some movies may be missed off because of the enjoyed factor. This is also a difficult list to complete as it quite often changes around.

Films I’ve seen: Pretty Woman, Erin Brockovich, Runaway Bride, Hook, Steel Magnolias, Conspiracy Theory, My Best Friends Wedding, Oceans 11, Oceans 12, America’s Sweethearts, Notting Hill, Charlie Wilson’s War, Closer, Mona Lisa Smile, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, The Mexican, Stepmom, I love Trouble, The Pelican Brief, Dying Young, Something to Talk About

Films yet to see: Mary Reilly, Sleeping with the Enemy, Michael Collins, Everyone Says I Love You, Full Frontal, Duplicity
