I’ve had two fangirl moments when looking at some of the guests at the Paul Smith 50th Anniversary. Ian McKellen and Bill Nighy together in one photo (with a bonus of Susan Sarandon). Then Mark Strong and Stanley Tucci!
Film and Theatre Lover!
I went to see the Rocky Horror on stage for the 7th time on Friday night so what better song for this Monday than the Time Warp?
So
Let’s do the time warp again . . .

Mark Sway ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time when he witnesses the suicide of a mafia lawyer and had a conversation with him before it happened, not wanting to tell the truth to protect his mother and younger brother who is in a coma due to the trauma of the event he hires attorney Reggie Love.

Season 1 of Feud takes an in-depth look into the famous hatred between Hollywood legends Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, what really happened on set of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? But the pair were a lot similar than you may think!
Here we got the winners of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards, looking forward to eventually seeing a lot of these films over the next couple of months!

You may or not be aware that Julia Roberts is my all time favourite actress (Sorry Meryl/Catherine Zeta Jones) so I thought I would start a new series of blog posts 7 Greatest Performances and who better to start with than Julia Roberts? This will be looking at the best performances from different actors rather than judging just the film. I thought this would create some very good and interesting lists, as the greatest performances are not necessarily in the best films. This comes on the back of seeing Wonder over the weekend which I thought she was just amazing in!

Christmas is a stressful time for the three Moms we met in the first film as they try to get it perfect whilst also having to deal with their own overbearing mothers! But will the plan to take Christmas back work?

This post is part of the “No You’re Crying!” Blogathon, which is taking a look at all of the different films that have moments that make us cry! Let’s face it we just love to have a good cry at a film, it really does help at times! At one point they did not really effect me very much, but now I cry for all different reasons when watching a film. So with this list I have tried to pick the seven films which have made me cry (and sob) the most considering the list in general would be rather long now. I have mixed it up a little bit with the truly sad and extremely romantic moments.
I must also warn you that due to this blog post looking at different parts of films it therefore will contain some SPOILERS.

Drew Baylor a shoe designer has just cost his company one billion dollars. He therefore decides that the shame would be too much that he will commit suicide, something worse happens though when he finds out his father has just died. He must be the responsible one and bring him back from Elizabethtown.

Tonight I am heading to see the Rocky Horror at the Theatre (yes really again) it’s the first UK tour since 2013 although it doesn’t really feel that long ago. So I thought what better musical moment to have today than an absolute classic scene from the film version . . .
