The only people who don’t like Crocs are people who have never worn Crocs, I used to be one of them and I now have four pairs in different colours. I have to say when I first got the email about Wicked Crocs I was very curious and while the Glinda pair aren’t something I would wear I do feel they capture the character so well! The Elphba one’s on the other hand, I would be tempted. These are more pricey than your standard Crocs. You can also get some Jibbitz charms as well.
That’s right they have gone all in at Build-a-Bear which is following on from the last few years where the film and tv series related bears have been truly outstanding. I was seriously looking at just getting the standard green bear, which has Wicked on the foot. BUT then seeing that you can get it fully dressed and play Defying Gravity, you can also get Glinda with Popular playing inside. Someone please tell me that I really don’t need them, but the wanting is so good. I mean I have Gandalf who is a Wizard so surely I need a witch to go with him?
Everywhere has gone Wicked crazy with all the pink that goes so good with green merchandise, and I am totally loving it in all honesty. Whilst also trying to be sensible and not buy EVERYTHING. Even though I want well most of it, I have bought two POP figture keychains and the Popcorn Bucket from Cineworld. So I thought this would be a great time to start doing some posts on where you can get different merch from, to be fully greenified.
The marketing around the film as been on point and it is brilliant. I mean I already have quite a bit of merch from the stage show which I think includes four different Defying Gravity t-shirts as well as owning a flying monkey.
Everywhere has gone Wicked crazy that’s for sure and I am certainly loving it and attempting to get as many of the different items as possible. This one is in food form from Love Lily which is local to the North East of England with three places in Sunderland.
As you can see they created an incredible Lindt Cookie Pie and naturally I just had to get two slices, it is truly outstanding! A lovely combination of the pink and green theme, the famous hat all put together in spectular fashion!
