Each year I find this list harder to put together considering I feel I make better choices when it comes to which films that I find myself watching. But obviously you are still going to come across some pretty awful films. I would just like to put a reminder on that this is obviously just my opinion! (You can check which films I saw at the cinema during 2018 here and 2018 films tagged here). This all done by UK release date as well!

When Doctor Faraday visits a crumbling manor which he has some fond childhood memories of, very strange things begin to occur involving the remaining family members still living in the house.

Within the chaos of the Detroit Rebellion, a curfew was placed on the city in an attempt to stop the riots. Three young African-American men were murdered at the Algiers Motel due to Police brutality.

A film looking into the politics of War with a very serious feel as well as a comedy approach to lighten the mood at times.

A frontiersman on a fur trading expedition is left fighting for his life after being mauled by a bear, to make it worse the men who said they would stay with him abandon him at the last moment. Against all odds he some how survives . . .
A young boy is shown in a box and as he wakes up panics to his whereabouts, when he gets into daylight he then sees many other boys. A big problem though he has no memory before being in that box!
