So much Zac news and stories coming out the past week or so, its rather crazy. I wonder how soon he will become my most posted about topic, haha.

Zac Efron will eat almost anything for $20 (£13.30) – and boasts about scoffing bugs and slimy seafood.

The always hungry High School Musical hunk insists very little is disgusting to his palate – and he’ll try anything once.

He says, “In Mexico I had crickets… It’s like a dish over there… It was like the most expensive thing on the menu.

“And also they have larvae, the flies… It’s great, it’s really good. It’s lemon and salt. It tasted like pasta.”

And he puts his adventurous tastebuds down to culinary dares his dad set him when he was a kid: “My dad always took me to get sushi and one time we were in San Francisco… and there was this octopus – it was, like, alive, wiggling on the plate.

“My dad was all, ‘I’ll give you $20 if you eat that.’ I was like, ‘Bring it on, man.’ So I ate it. It was like a cherry tomato. It popped. It was great… I’d still eat about anything for $20.”

Awwwwwww . . . yes I really am just loving Zac at the moment and this is just too cute ❤

Teen heartthrob Zac Efron shuns the Hollywood nightlife in favour of dancing with his beloved grandmother.

The High School Musical star, 21, admits he isn’t a big fan of clubbing like his Hollywood peers and would rather spend some quality time with his friends and relatives – particularly his grandmother.

He tells People.com, “I’m not really into partying. Don’t get me wrong – I’ve gone to a club. But I’d much rather be with my close friends at home or a concert, or on a trip.

“I’ll go dancing with my grandma. She likes to cut a rug!”

I think that would make me more interested in Back to the Future, as its never really been a film or films I have really liked. Yes . . .way too many Zac Efron posts today, haha.

Zac Efron is hooked on time travelling and dreams of taking on Michael J. Fox‘s role in a new Back To The Future movie.

In his new film 17 Again, Efron’s character – played as an adult by Matthew Perry – is struck by lightning and becomes a teenager again.

And now he’s keen to take on the the ultimate time travel adventure by recreating Fox’s Marty McFly character in a fourth instalment of the hit film franchise.

Efron reveals, “Growing up, my favourite thing to do was to climb into the car and play Back To the Future. I would pretend I was Marty McFly.”

Fox last played McFly in 1990’s Back to the Future Part III.

Efron recently pulled out of revisiting another classic movie, Footloose.

I doubt they want to leave him though, that is the main problem. I have to admit I do find Zac very attractive. Yes and he is the same age as me (I usually go for older) But Zac is just lovely. I will have him 🙂

High School Musical star Zac Efron is prepared to abandon the fans who helped him find fame – so he can ditch his ‘teen star’ tag.

The 21-year-old’s role in the Disney musical franchise helped Efron amass a huge teen following.

But the actor is desperate to take his career in a new direction, and recently bowed out of a movie remake of Kevin Bacon‘s Footloose for dark drama The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud – about a caretaker at a cemetery who has weekly meetings with the ghost of his deceased younger brother.

And Efron accepts his decision may cost him his fanbase.

The star says, “You’re never going to please everybody. I’m growing up and that’s a part of life, that’s the way it is. So I know that.”
