I just reviewed this film as a favourite of mine. There are so many quotable quotes, like Truvy’s Time marches on and eventually your realise it’s marching cross your face, or something like that.
It is a favorite of mine too, I agree with the tagline of funniest movie to ever make you cry. As it really is funny and does make you cry.

Funniest and saddest movie ever.
Little known fact: “Steel Magnolias” is required viewing for us Southern ladies. I’m not complaining because this is one of the few movies about Southern women that gets it RIGHT.
