    1. I think it has something to do with the UK release dates and the film not being passed across for BAFTA members to watch prior to the awards.

      1. Really? I’ve not read that anywhere…. And the film was long-listed and (I think) has a nom for script? I think it’s a good old fashioned BAFTA- snub for Spielberg.
