This day marks the Diamond Jubilee for Queen Elizabeth II which is just an incredible occasion. I therefore decided to make a top 10 list of movie queen’s we have seen over the years!

Fifty Shades of Grey Book Review
The first book in the much talked about Fifty Shades trilogy gives us the starting point in the relationship between Ana and the mysterious Christian Grey. This book is intense and very erotic, the way I have heard it described the most though is filthy. I didn’t actually think it was that filthy (I’m not entirely sure what that says about me though). I thought the detail was rather incredible at times, but I felt like I could relate to parts of it for the intensity of feelings towards someone.
7 Musicals I Want Made into Movies
After the release of the Les Mis trailer and Rock of Ages coming to the cinema very soon. It has inspired me to think of the musicals I have seen on the stage and those I would love to see adapted to the big screen.
In the Heights
I saw this on Broadway the day before it won the Tony Award (I was also at the Tony Awards that year) and it really is just incredible. It’s so different and has rap style to some of the songs, you would have never seen anything like this before. It does have a 2014 page on IMDb but nothing has been updated on that for a few years now. So I guess it’s still watch this space.
Les Misérables (2012) Trailer
The first official trailer for the much-anticipated musical movie version of the much-loved stage show. I really like the trailer and I think having “Dreamed a Dream” being sung over the trailer is such a brilliant idea. I cannot wait until December to see this film on the big screen. It really is going to be good with the fantastic cast they have for the film!
Men in Black III (2012) Review
When alien Boris the Animal escapes from prison 40 years after Agent K arrested him, everything is changed when a time jump is involved. Meaning Agent J must travel back in time to save his partner and work with the younger Agent K.
Skyfall (2012) Teaser Trailer
A few days after the teaser poster was released came the teaser trailer for the next Bond film which is due for release in November. I really do love Daniel Craig as Bond! Hopefully Skyfall will be another top quality installment!

The first poster for Skyfall has been released and it is known as the teaser poster. I am sure we will have a couple more teaser posters before the “real” posters begin to come out. Just the studio’s way of making sure we are all aware that a new Bond film is coming out this year. I am very much looking forward to it!

Laura Jesson is what appears to be a happily married woman with two children, but everything is not as it seems when we are shown a brief affair in flashback form with Dr Alec Harvey.
