Sad news breaking today that Christopher Plummer has past away at the age of 91 years old, peacefully with his wife by his side. The oldest actor to win an Oscar, may Captain Von Trapp forever rest in peace.

He was simply astonishing, frankly, in Ridley Scott’s All the Money in the World, especially considering the behind the scenes drama of the reshoots, Plummer replacing another actors completely filmed performance. He was just SO good in that, I don’t think I’d really seen him better. How Scott and Plummer ever managed to pull it off, and Plummer perform so well, that is just a wonder I will never get over.
