6 Worst Films of 2023!

I didn’t actually put together a worst films list of 2022 but decided to bring it back for 2023, mainly as a warning to not watch the films that have made this list. You may think that 6 is a strange number and I would usually do a top 10 list of this, however I only rated six films as one star so that is this list!

In all honesty I am not really bothered that people complain about worst film lists, as it’s actually a good way to see who just doesn’t like the same films as you and quite frankly can make you happy that you actually made some good decisions not to watch them (that is how I have felt seeing other people’s worst film lists, pleased I missed certain films).

Strays (Review)
Not only one of the worst films I watched in 2023, but one of the worst films I have EVER watched. No idea who thought weird CGI with dogs all being obsessed with sex would be a good idea, it really wasn’t. I seriously would be concerned if anyone actually found this good or funny, it was just horrendous.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods (Review)
I should have stuck with missing this during the cinema release but no I caught up just before Christmas when it was added to Sky Cinema, it was nothing new and quite frankly wasted the talented cast. I actually enjoyed the first Shazam film which made this even more disappointing.

Greatest Days (Review)
I am actually disappointed with myself for even giving this one a try considering I had seen the stage show, way back when it was called The Band the Musical, before it became Greatest Days. This was as bad as the stage show, I mean I am sure Take That fans will find some kind of entertainment and love for it but anyone else, not at all.

To Catch a Killer (Didn’t even manage to review it)
Nothing about this worked as a film and it was just so poor, the casting was all off and quite frankly I didn’t even manage to get round to writing a review so that confirms that I just didn’t have the words.

Love Again (Review)
Even when watching this film in the cinema I hit a point where I wondered how it had managed to get a release like that. It felt like a Hallmark film and from scene to scene it gets worse and worse.

Magic Mike’s Last Dance (Didn’t review this either)
Another terrible film that I didn’t even manage to write a review for, I will admit that I have never ever been a fan or understood the hype around Magic Mike. So seeing this some truly cringeworthy scenes and moments was just too bad for me.
