A musical isn’t exactly what you would expect to catch Michael Douglas in, but back in 1985 he was the director looking to cast his latest chorus line for a Broadway show. This has always been a musical that I would love to see on stage, and while this film doesn’t have the greatest of reviews I still quite enjoy it.
I hope I get it is showing the desperation of the dancers within the audition and the reasons they want to be successful. The film was directed by Richard Attenborough.
