I cannot wait to see this movie, it looks great. It is definetly going to be the Friday Night movie at the cinema this week. So four more posters have been been released featuring George Clooney, Kevin Spacey, Ewan McGregor and Jeff Bridges and of course the goat.

Two of my absoloute favorite actresses are going to be starring in “A Little Night Music” which starts later this month for press viewing. Broadway Legend Angela Lansbury and making her Broadway Debut Oscar winner Catherine Zeta Jones. I would just love to be able to get to New York to see this, would be a fantastic experience. Here are a couple of pictures from a meet and great held in New York on Friday.
Writing a movie review . . . where to start?
Well this has to be the main reason for this blog, so that I can write my own movie reviews and see if people agree or disagree with what I say about them. So most of this post is going out to my fellow movie review bloggers. How easily do you find it to review a movie?
My answer to that question is it depends how much I like or get from the movie. Some reviews are difficult and take days and days to write. Where as some can actually be done in 15-20 minutes and the words just flow. These are often movies I have really enjoyed and/or related to in some way. I find that so easy to write a long review in such a short period of time.
I also find it difficult sometimes if you do not start the review right away, again this is for movies which I did not enjoy as much or really get anything from. I have to admit I have a few movies like that in my draft section at the moment. It’s just really difficult sometimes to review a movie. Do you agree?
When writing a review I try to give a plot outline, which sometimes goes more in-depth if the movie has quite a few good points as this has to be understood in order to get the whole review. I then try to pick out some of the key points or situations in the movie and give my opinion on them.
If you do relate to any of the key issues or situations in a movie this can be quite an emotional experience and can then transfer into your writing. I am sure it is evident in my reviews which movies I have been touched by or related to with in comparison to those I did not connect with at all. Therefore did not enjoy them very much.
I have to admit that I do hate writing reviews for movies I have not been too fond of, as I do not like just bashing or saying totally negative things about that movie. So I do still try to find something good about it, which is sometimes extremely difficult as my fellow bloggers will be well aware of.

When going back to watch a film you loved as a child, there is always a risk that you may no longer like it or you just think its daft. Well I tested that theory out today on “Richie Rich” a film I totally loved as a child and watched so many times. Yes the main reason I love it then and still love it now is Macaculay Culkin. Watching it this afternoon, I did not take it too seriously instead I just watched it and it was all so familiar. I knew the story I knew most of what was going to happen like I had just watched it yesterday and not years ago.
The Orange Film Adverts really have become part of the cinema experience over the past few years now. Wondering when it is eventually going to change after months and months of the same advert, telling you to switch off your mobile phone. So I thought I would have a little trip down memory lane and pick out my top 10 of the adverts. This could be amusing and annoying, having a look back through the adverts which you do talk about a lot. It is very good to see the actors allowing their movies or parts to be made fun of in jest.

Does anything really beat the experience of watching films at the cinema?
Has been widely reported today that Hugh Jackman will not be hosting the Oscar’s for a second year in a row. Which I think is a shame as he was very entertaining this year as host. He has not ruled it out for the future but not next year. He does have a lot on at the moment starring on Broadway and some movies in the pipeline.
No one else has really been linked with the role of host, but still early days yet.
