On returning home from New York we were greeted by my Auntie who rushed round with this truly incredible cake that she made herself. Entirely edible as well I must add! I seriously still cannot believe how amazing it all looks. The amazing detail that she put into it is truly outstanding!
I was so happy and amazed by the truly incredible cake that I just had to share it on Twitter with the Official Broadway and UK Wicked feeds. The Broadway twitter certainly appreciated it with this incredible response . . .
The fun didn’t really end there as another surprise was in store when cutting into the cake . . .

It sure did, the top part (most green) is actually toffee cake as it’s my favourite!
OMG that’s my favourite too! The top layer of our wedding cake was toffee and I specifically told the staff to save me the biggest slice 😀
